Telephone Interpreting

To aid multinational companies in their post-sales services we offer the service of professional telephone interpretating. In practice, through its interpreters langXpressacts as an interface between a technician or customer service department of the company requesting interpreting and the relative final client who has a need for clarification or resolution of problems regarding the product in his/her own native language.

The procedure calls for the stipulation of a framework agreement between langXpress and the client to take advantage of this professional telephone interpreting service.

Features of the agreement

  1. Service offered: professional interpreting via an exclusive mobile telephone line
  2. Languages offered: German, English, French, Italian
  3. Availability: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  4. Time for response of interpreter: maximum 10 minutes
  5. Minimum duration of contract: 6 months
